BarsThere were bars on the windows of only one room in the house. It hadn't seemed from the outside that there was anything peculiar about the room, but when he walked inside the bars were there. He stayed as long as he could, but he began to get anxious; began to get nervous. He wanted to be there, with her... but he couldn't. Not after what had happened. Not after what might happen. Not after what had happened with someone else long ago.
